• Interpret and execute tasks based on Foreman’s guidance

• Complete hardscape and softscape installations effectively

• Employ small engine equipment safely and responsibly

• Maintain high-quality service standards and production targets

• Assist with winter operations, including snow removal

Requirements:

• Demonstrated ability to use landscape equipment

• Strong focus on safety and quality workmanship

• Detail-oriented and self-driven

• Ability to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
