Surface Electricians are needed for a fly-in, fly-out opportunity with Aplin, supporting Canada’s leading gold producer in the Canadian Arctic. This role involves maintaining and repairing fixed plant mining equipment in a remote, rugged environment. Ideal candidates are Red Seal Certified Electricians with at least five years of mining sector experience, and those with Arctic experience will be prioritized.

• Industry-leading pay rate: $110,000 - $130,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
• Daily overtime and 12-hour workdays
• Even ‘days in’ and ‘days off’ work schedule
• Paid flights from the closest major airport
• Hotel accommodations and meals provided during travel
• Full access to on-site room and board, including fitness and recreational amenities
• Camp accommodations at the jobsite

• Red Seal Certification as an Electrician
• Five years’ experience in the mining sector
• Experience with repair and maintenance of fixed plant mining equipment
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a remote Arctic environment
• Legally entitled to work in Canada, including required permits

• Previous Arctic experience
