LBN is looking for maintenance labourers dedicated to snow removal and enhancing customer satisfaction during the challenging winter season. This role involves operating various snow removal equipment while collaborating with a supportive team that values your contributions. You will learn and grow with opportunities to transition to full-time work based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Efficiently remove snow and ice from job sites
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment
• Communicate effectively about site conditions
• Participate in daily pre-shift inspections
• Comply with all company and safety regulations
Requirements:
• Physically fit for demanding outdoor work
• Valid authorization to work in Canada
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in outdoor labour is a plus
