Reporting to the Team Lead, you will ensure Onward's properties are safe and well-maintained. Responsibilities include handling repairs, overseeing landscaping efforts, and addressing resident inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute routine maintenance and repairs efficiently

• Manage all aspects of unit turnovers

• Conduct inspections and address any maintenance issues

• Oversee property appearance tasks like landscaping

• Maintain necessary tools and supplies in readiness

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred

• Valid driver's license essential

• High school diploma or equivalent a must

• Capability to lift heavy items safely

• Strong skills in communication and teamwork
