Grader Operators
- Fort McMurray Region - 14/7 or 21/7 - Fly-In Fly-Out + Camp
- Up to $40/hr
- Fort McMurray, AB
Grizzly Trek Group Ltd. is seeking experienced Grader Operators for long-term, rotational camp work in the Fort McMurray region. Operators will work on heavy civil earthworks projects, with fly-in/fly-out travel from Calgary or Edmonton and camp accommodations provided. This opportunity offers stable employment, competitive wages, and the chance to work with a reputable contractor on multiple ongoing projects. Ideal candidates are skilled in finish and trim work and thrive in a camp rotation environment.
Perks & Benefits- Wages starting at $35.00 to $40.00 per hour, based on verified seat time
- Fly-in/fly-out travel from Calgary or Edmonton
- Camp accommodations with room and board provided
- Required orientations and assessments paid at $18.00 per hour
- Overtime available based on operational requirements

- Minimum 3 years of recent grader time (14M and 24H class) in heavy civil earthworks, road building, construction, or mining
- Ability to hold grade and carry a crown, working from technical specifications and grade plans
- Experience with stripping, stacking, stockpiling, and reclamation on all ground conditions
- Ice road construction experience
- Valid Class 5 licence
- CSA approved boots (minimum 6 inch, fully laceable)
- Current tickets: CSO, BSO, CSTS-09 or OSSA Regional;
Intermediate First Aid with CPR and AED; H2S Alive;
Bear Awareness (in class);
Ground Disturbance - Able to live in camp on rotation and repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Successful completion of Alcohol and Drug Screening
- Successful completion of comprehensive Fitness-to-Work Assessment
- Strong finish and trim ability
- GPS or laser grade control experience (Trimble or Topcon)
- Experience building oilfield leases and pads
- Current oil sands site orientation on file
