KLS Earthworks & Environmental is hiring a Pipelayer in Calgary to focus on underground utilities. Utilize your expertise in installing pipelines while prioritizing safety and quality.
In this role, you will enhance KLS's underground construction team. Your expertise will aid in maintaining operational efficiency and safety of our pipeline installations. You'll handle tasks such as conducting inspections, pressure testing, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and lay out underground utility pipelines
• Conduct pressure tests to ensure installations meet standards
• Cut and fit pipes as per project requirements
• Dig trenches carefully for pipeline placement
• Comply with KLS safety policies during operations
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as a Pipelayer
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Proficient with pipe lasers and measuring devices
• Strong dedication to safety standards
• Familiarity with excavation equipment preferred
