Newmont is seeking Miners at various levels to join their team at the remote Brucejack Mine in Kitimat-Stikine, British Columbia. This unique underground gold and silver operation offers a fly-in, fly-out schedule and a camp-based work environment. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team in a challenging and rewarding setting.

• Up to $ per year based on experience and equipment operated
• 13 days on / 13 days off rotation
• Camp accommodations provided
• Fly-in, fly-out roster with company-paid commercial and charter flights
• $8,400 per year travel allowance
• 13 days of paid vacation annually

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
• Experience operating heavy equipment (underground preferred)
• Experience with mining equipment such as Scoop, Drills, Cable Bolter, Water Truck, Grader, Haul Truck, etc.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork skills
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug & alcohol test and medical assessment
• Physically able to work 12-hour underground shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
