Jayman BUILT is seeking a Warehouse & Installation Service Coordinator for a contract role in Calgary, AB, focusing on operational efficiency from September 2026 to January 2027.
In this temporary position, you'll play a crucial role in managing warehouse activities and installation services for Wen Di Blinds, Drapery & Wallpaper. Candidates should be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple priorities while maintaining professional customer communication throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee receiving and document incoming deliveries
• Organize and sort products within the warehouse
• Coordinate with installers for service requests and resolutions
• Communicate updates and service information to customers
• Support general administrative duties for installations
Requirements:
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and conduct physical tasks
• Familiar with Microsoft Office and tracking software
• Experience in warehousing or service coordination is a plus
