Join Lux Windows as a Journeyman Glazier, taking a decisive lead in the installation and support of the ReGen window and door products. This hands-on position emphasizes leadership in luxury residential and architectural projects.
As a vital member of the Lux team, you will leverage your expertise as a Journeyman or Red Seal Glazier to manage the installation process from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include site assessments, installation troubleshooting, and ensuring quality adherence to Lux standards. You'll also contribute to the creation of technical support documents and mentor junior installers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site assessments to verify project readiness
• Review and analyze installation drawings and specifications
• Coordinate installation activities with other trades
• Mentor apprentices and junior installations staff on techniques
• Uphold quality standards throughout the installation process
Requirements:
• Required Red Seal or Journeyman certification
• 5-10+ years of installation experience
• Expertise in aluminum window and door systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Clean driver's license with valid certification
