Elevate event experiences as a Technical Lead, responsible for audiovisual setups and customer satisfaction in a hotel environment. Thrive in a dynamic role focusing on equipment operation and guest interaction.
In the Technical Lead position at Encore, you’ll manage intermediate to large-scale audiovisual systems while reporting to the Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, ensure security of equipment, and cultivate client relationships to surpass their expectations, making each event memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Setup and operate audiovisual equipment accurately
• Troubleshoot technical challenges as they arise
• Provide exemplary customer service and mentorship
• Maintain positive communication with clients
• Monitor events and assist clients throughout
Requirements:
• 2-3+ years of audiovisual experience required
• 2-3+ years in customer service or hospitality
• High school diploma;
Associate’s degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license for potential vehicle operation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
