Key Responsibilities:

• Setup and breakdown audiovisual equipment efficiently

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly

• Mentor and lead other Technicians in service excellence

• Maintain positive client relations through communication

• Monitor events to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma required;
Associate’s preferred

• 2-3 years of audio-visual experience required

• 2-3 years of customer service or hospitality experience preferred

• Achieve Technical 1-Star Certification within 60 days

• Valid driver's license required for company vehicle operation
