Utilities Operator Water Wastewater

Operate water, wastewater, and fuel systems as a Utilities Operator at Sunshine Village. Monitor equipment, maintain safe services, and support Resort operations.
This Utilities Operator supports domestic water and wastewater treatment, propane, gasoline, and diesel distribution. The position also involves facilities and equipment responsibilities while liaising with Maintenance and Resort departments. Success requires mechanical aptitude, careful monitoring, accurate reporting, and dependable communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain utility systems continuously
Support domestic water and wastewater treatment operations
Administer propane, gasoline, and diesel supply distribution
Inspect, troubleshoot, clean, disassemble, and assemble equipment
Complete daily checks, logs, reports, and inventory counts
Requirements:
High school graduation or equivalent
Mechanical aptitude and strong personal initiative
Minimum age 21 with valid Alberta driver’s license
English communication skills, written and verbal
Flexibility for holidays, nights, and extended hours
Bring mechanical aptitude, utility monitoring, and accurate reporting to Sunshine Village’s water, wastewater, and fuel operations.
