Biomedical Field Service Representative

Calibrate medical equipment and deliver field service across Calgary as a Technical Service Representative supporting Getinge Acute Care Therapy products.

Getinge Canada, Ltd seeks a Technical Service Representative, ACT for field and depot repairs. The position supports installations, inspections, repairs, preventive maintenance, emergency calls, and service contracts. Success requires technical troubleshooting, customer communication, documentation, and contract renewal skills.

• Calibrate electrical and electronic medical equipment
• Provide on-site, depot, and telephone technical support
• Schedule preventive maintenance and respond to emergency calls
• Document service activities under established procedures
• Renew and develop regional service contracts

• Biomedical Engineering degree or diploma
• One to three years of technical service experience
• Strong schematic-based troubleshooting and calibration proficiency
• Valid driver's license and company vehicle eligibility
• Passport and international travel availability
