This Electrical Service Technician role suits a registered apprentice or journeyperson electrician with five-plus years in the electrical industry. You will diagnose systems, complete commercial installations, follow applicable codes, inspect equipment, and support crew development. The work requires technical knowledge, organization, communication, and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical systems and equipment
- Complete commercial installations using EMT, PVC, and AC-90
- Maintain compliance with building and electrical codes
- Inspect equipment and support on-site quality control
- Forecast manpower and material requirements
- Registered apprentice or journeyperson electrician
- Minimum five-plus years of electrical industry experience
- Commercial supervisor or service technician experience
- Required CSTS, Fall Arrest, and Elevated Work Platform tickets
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver’s abstract
