Bonuses include $2,000 first year and $500 quarterly during the first year, plus a weekly pay schedule at $21.00–$23.00 per hour based on experience. Under your crew foreman, you will learn construction procedures, read plans, operate tools, and contribute to building projects at varying heights across the country.
