• Customer Communication
  :
  Handle a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails regarding order status, product availability, and general inquiries accurately.
• Order Management
  :
  May include but not limited to process and manage customer accounts, including entering orders, order status, and stock check
• Product Expertise
  :
  Develop an understanding of Mannington's flooring products (e.g., hardwood, laminate, vinyl) to provide accurate information to customers.
• Problem Resolution
  :
  Manage customer complaints, quality issues, and claims effectively, often coordinating with other departments to find local or internal solutions.
• Additional Responsibilities
  :
  Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.

• Education
  :
  High school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
• Experience
  :
  Preferred 2+ years in customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or flooring environment.
• Technical Skills
  :
  Moderate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and experience with SAP and Salesforce software is preferred.
• Soft Skills
  :
  Strong problem-solving abilities, professional verbal and written communication, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

• Schedule
  :
  Monday to Friday schedule with potential for overtime as needed.
