A large hospital seeks a cardiac anesthesiologist for comprehensive anesthetic services. The facility operates under a Care Team staffing model and provides diverse surgical specialties requiring anesthetic support. Board certification and cardiac fellowship training are essential qualifications for this position.

About the Clinician's WorkdayThe anesthesiologist will provide anesthetic care across multiple specialties including general surgery, ENT, orthopedics, neurology, cardiac, vascular, gynecology, thoracic procedures, and basic pediatrics. The clinician will work Monday through Friday under a Care Team model supervising CRNAs at a 1:4 ratio with minimal hands‑on involvement. Board certification or true board eligibility along with cardiac fellowship training is required, and clinicians willing to accept beeper call responsibilities are preferred.
The role may include some hands‑on duties at a sister hospital facility for pediatric-capable clinicians.
