GCA Assistant Women's Dean

Georgia-Cumberland Academy is seeking a full-time assistant women's dean for the  school year (10- or 12-month contract options). The assistant dean will work closely with the head dean in a dormitory with around 100 young ladies. Candidates for this position will have at least an undergraduate degree in education, social work, or a related field. Candidates should also have some level of experience working in a boarding environment--as a dean, RA, or working at summer camp.

All staff at GCA should refer to the school's mission statement and find ways to incorporate it into their GCA experience.
