Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer in Calhoun, Georgia, to lead continuous improvement initiatives in the Twisting and Heatset departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities and an analytical mindset to drive process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Responsibilities include managing process changes, building trusting relationships throughout the plant, and providing engineering support as needed. A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, with preferred experience in yarn processes and Six Sigma certification.
