What we need:

The VP Finance is a senior leadership position responsible for leading the financial planning, analysis, and performance management of a product group within a business unit. This role partners closely with cross‑functional leaders to drive informed decision‑making, support growth, and ensure financial discipline.

What you’ll do:

• Leads the annual planning, forecasting, and monthly financial review processes for the assigned group.
• Provides financial analysis and business insights to support strategic initiatives, cost optimization, and margin expansion.
• Partners with product, commercial, and operations leaders to align financial strategies with business goals.
• Develops and manages key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and reporting tools to track financial and operational performance.
• Oversees financial modeling for pricing, investment decisions, capital planning, and new product launches.
• Ensures accurate, timely, and complete reporting of financial results and variance analysis.
• Leads and develops a team of finance professionals supporting the product group or segment.
• Maintains internal controls and ensures compliance with accounting policies and procedures in collaboration with corporate finance.
• Supports business case development and evaluation for strategic projects or restructuring initiatives.
• Collaborates with corporate FP&A, accounting, and shared services teams to ensure alignment on reporting and governance.
• Drives continuous improvement in financial systems, reporting accuracy, and planning processes.
• Advises business leaders on financial risks, trends, and opportunities to improve decision‑making.
• Collaborates with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company’s vision and goals.
• Provides visionary leadership to drive growth and innovation.
• Identifies and pursues new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansions.
• Leads initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and competitiveness.
• Provides strong leadership to department heads and teams.
• Fosters a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Identifies and assesses risks to the company’s success.
• Drives a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Leads initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Builds and maintains relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Performs other duties as needed.

What you have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 15+ years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 10+ years of management experience.
