What We Need:The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - University Relations is a critical member of our Flooring NA Talent Acquisition team. This position will primarily support the University Relations team in delivering a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding experience for candidates, while also assisting with the planning and execution of early career programming initiatives.
What You’ll Do- Support the University Relations team by coordinating complex interview schedules while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Assist with full-cycle recruitment for all early talent positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
- Partner with functional leaders and HR to assess workforce needs and build a diverse pipeline of early career talent to meet current and future hiring demands.
- Serve as a brand ambassador at campus events, representing the organization and enhancing the candidate experience.
- Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for early career hires across all FNA departments, including initiating background checks, preparing welcome packets, and managing onboarding logistics.
- Support early career programming initiatives by planning and coordinating intern professional development sessions, social events, and other engagement activities.
- Other duties as assigned by manager
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
- 1 to 2 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
- Occasional travel will be required and may be heavier during the Fall Campus recruitment season.
