What We Need:

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator - University Relations is a critical member of our Flooring NA Talent Acquisition team. This position will primarily support the University Relations team in delivering a best-in-class recruiting and onboarding experience for candidates, while also assisting with the planning and execution of early career programming initiatives.

What You’ll Do
  • Support the University Relations team by coordinating complex interview schedules while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment for all early talent positions, from sourcing through offer and onboarding.
  • Partner with functional leaders and HR to assess workforce needs and build a diverse pipeline of early career talent to meet current and future hiring demands.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador at campus events, representing the organization and enhancing the candidate experience.
  • Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for early career hires across all FNA departments, including initiating background checks, preparing welcome packets, and managing onboarding logistics.
  • Support early career programming initiatives by planning and coordinating intern professional development sessions, social events, and other engagement activities.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager
What you have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
  • 1 to 2 years of job-related experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
What you’re good at:
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
What else?
  • Occasional travel will be required and may be heavier during the Fall Campus recruitment season.
