Supply Chain Analyst - Demand What you’ll do

• Work on projects and assignments as part of an extensive work team.
• Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work‑area impacts and demonstrate ability to extract data from multiple resources.
• Effectively apply functional, process, and procedural or technical creativity to address business challenges.
• Conduct analysis, integration, and coordination of various elements in assigned area of supporting supply and demand, including managing master data and forecasts.
• Collaborate with necessary functions/positions to develop, monitor, analyze, and improve forecast accuracy for product line(s) as assigned.
• Execute the daily demand planning activities, including but not limited to supporting the S&OP process and analyzing demand analytics.
• Help analyze and align demand with capacity for assigned groups.
• Maintain, improve, and provide recommendations on the assigned Supply Chain function using BI software.
• Develop new processes and procedures to deliver value‑added supply chain analytical services to support management decision‑making process.
• Actively manage working and non‑working inventories in assigned businesses to maintain compliance and achieve inventory investment targets.
• Monitor output and drive continuous improvement for each defined metric. Recommend new ways to monitor inventory reporting.
• Execute cost and profit modeling using existing capacity planning tools.
• May be responsible for additional responsibilities as defined by area such as sales operations planning and sourcing.
• Perform other duties as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 2–3 years demand planning experience with strong analytical capabilities.
• 3–5 years relevant experience with ERP systems for planning or forecasting preferred.

• Proficient in Demand Planning software (SAP, IBP, OMP, O9, etc.).
• Experience in SAP S4 HANA, IBP Demand and Supply, MEIO, Power BI preferred.
• Advanced modeling capabilities for statistical modeling and optimization preferred.
• Ability to analyze forecast error and integrate into safety stock calculations.

Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards.

Highly analytical, self‑starting, highly motivated, able to work with short deadlines, and manage competing deadlines efficiently.

Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data.

Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products, with advanced Excel skills.
