Overview

Responsibilities
  • Review production schedules and identify immediate process challenges.
  • Conduct root cause analyses of production issues and collaborate with production teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Participate in regular production floor assessments to gather real-time data for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Engage in team meetings to discuss project updates and share insights, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Communicate with cross-functional departments to drive enhancements in efficiency and product quality.
  • Lead projects and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in injection molding processing.
  • 6+ years of experience in plastics injection molding.
  • Proficiency with CAD software and process simulation tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot production issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills; ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
