Crew Leader II - 2nd Shift Responsibilities

• Responsible for personal safety and monitoring the safety of others.
• Provide team guidance on daily tasks.
• Complete shift report by end of the shift and communicate issues to management immediately.
• Ensure housekeeping of department by making sure all tasks are completed during shifts.
• Troubleshoot and report machine malfunctions.
• Ensure equipment is inspected throughout the shift and repaired as needed.
• Ensure proper and efficient changeover.
• Prevent and limit number of defects.
• Ensure the production of runs for all styles is prepared and report if any issues.
• Ensure PPE are available for the shift (gloves, safety glasses, etc.).

• High‑School or GED diploma preferred.
• 1 year of experience in the operation of production machinery and monitoring products preferred.
• Flexible for all shifts.
• General Labor, Production Worker, lift up to 60 lbs.
• Computer skills.
