** Position Overview
** Shaw Industries is seeking a Roll Up/Sew On Operator Lift Truck Operator to transport greige goods in rolls or floats to the CDR Sew-On area, ensuring continuous operations.

This role works Monday-Thursday 7am-7pm

* Responsibilities:
* Complete and update production logs and other SQS documentation
* Operate a lift truck to transport buggies, rolls, and leadoff throughout the plant as needed
* Perform pre-shift lift truck inspections
* Operate control panels to feed carpet into the production line
* Use a computer and scanner to track materials and production data
* Match production tickets to the schedule
* Inspect empty buggies for missing or damaged felt liners
* Assist the Sew-On Operator with various tasks
* Use a sewing machine as required
* Safely use hand tools, including a utility knife
