Mission Statement

As a Mannington Associate I am expected to conduct myself in a manner which supports the company's values and philosophy, while performing in the best interest of my fellow associates. Monday - Friday from 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. However, the hours will slightly fluctuate, so must be flexible to the work hours.

Must be willing to work overtime when required.

The following are the essential duties that I am expected to be able to perform considering job knowledge, job environment, effort, manipulative skills, judgment, safety knowledge and responsibility.

• How to perform start-up responsibilities
• How to mix Topical
• How to operate the auto applicator system
• How to clean the foam applicator system
• How to perform 12' to 12' 6" width change
• How to perform 12' 6" to 12' width change
• How to perform shutdown responsibilities
• How to perform housekeeping duties

Note:

Required to do any other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Must have a high school diploma or GED.

Must be able to stand for at least nine (9) hours of a ten (10) hour shift. Must be able to bend, stoop, crawl and work in confined spaces.

No prior skills required.

No prior experience required.

Responsible for meeting the requirements for safety, quality, efficiency, productivity and housekeeping.

Required to complete approximately two (2) weeks training under supervision of qualified associate.

Overtime is required as needed.
