As a Plant Process Engineer at EVCO Plastics, your day‑to‑day responsibilities will involve a blend of hands‑on and analytical tasks. Expect to start your day by reviewing production schedules and identifying any immediate process challenges. You will conduct root cause analyses of production issues and collaborate with production teams to implement effective solutions. Your schedule will typically fall within Monday to Friday, with hours varying based on project needs and operational demands.

Regular production floor assessments will be part of your routine, allowing you to gather real‑time data for continuous improvement initiatives. You will participate in team meetings to discuss project updates and share insights, ensuring alignment with company goals. To excel as a Plant Process Engineer at EVCO Plastics, a robust skill set and relevant experience are essential. Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in injection molding processing, along with 6 years specifically in plastics injection molding.
