Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Full-Time, Onsite Clinic
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
Location: On-site employee health clinic supporting Mohawk Industries employees & dependents
Pay Rate: $26.50/hr
Role OverviewThis onsite clinic provides primary and episodic care to Mohawk Industries employees and their dependents. Most patients are English‑speaking office staff, with occasional Spanish‑speaking patients. Daily volume averages ~25 patients, including lab and office visits. Clinical responsibilities include phlebotomy, point‑of‑care testing, and general clinical support.
Clinic Hours- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Training
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM - This is a fully onsite role.
- Clinical Support — Assist physicians with evaluation and management of all clinic patients.
- Patient Assessment — Conduct assessments, document findings in the EMR, and support care plan development.
- Care Coordination — Implement physician orders, manage follow‑up, process medication refills, and provide patient/family education.
- Preventive Care — Identify opportunities for screenings and expedite clinical concerns appropriately.
- Front Office Operations — Coordinate scheduling, manage phones, and support administrative workflow.
- Clinical Procedures — Prepare patients for exams, obtain vital signs, and assist with procedures.
- EMR Utilization — Enter and maintain accurate electronic medical records.
- Supply Management — Maintain exam room supplies and support general clinic operations.
- Lab & Testing — Perform phlebotomy, urine dipsticks, and POC testing (flu, strep, COVID).
- LPN Licensure — Active LPN license in the state of practice.
- Clinical Experience — Minimum 1 year in a clinic or physician office setting.
- Phlebotomy Skills — Strong competency in blood draws.
- CPR/First Aid — Current certification required.
- Front Office Experience — Scheduling, phones, and patient reception.
- Technical Skills — Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
- Customer Service — Strong communication and service‑oriented approach.
- Schedule Flexibility — Ability to work within posted clinic hours.
