* ** Schedule**  - 7p-7a - 3x12hr shifts + rotating weekends

** Sign on bonus:**  $15,000

+ Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, monitor patient conditions, and prioritize care needs based on physical, psychosocial, and clinical findings.

+ Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

+ Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and nursing procedures safely and accurately while adhering to established clinical policies and standards.

+ Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, treatments, discharge planning, and self-care practices to support recovery and ongoing wellness.

+ Document patient assessments, interventions, treatments, and responses accurately and timely to ensure continuity and quality of care.

+ Collaborate and communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and promote positive outcomes.

+ Advocate for patient safety, rights, and quality care by maintaining a safe environment and participating in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
