Southern Health Partners is seeking an experienced and motivated LPN to join our leadership team as a Regional Nurse Leader supporting correctional facilities throughout Georgia. This role is designed for a nurse who enjoys mentoring others, building strong facility relationships, and helping teams deliver consistent, high-quality patient care.

What You'll Be Responsible For:- Provide leadership and operational support to nursing teams across multiple correctional facilities
- Build collaborative relationships with Sheriffs, Jail Administrators, and healthcare staff
- Mentor nurses and site leaders through coaching, guidance, and hands-on support
- Assist with staffing coordination, onboarding, and training initiatives
- Support quality improvement efforts and compliance standards
- Travel throughout the assigned Georgia region, including occasional overnight travel
- Step in clinically when additional nursing support is needed
- Active Georgia Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Previous supervisory, management, or leadership experience required
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities
- Reliable transportation and flexibility for regional travel
- Correctional healthcare experience preferred, but not required
