Caring for a diverse medical-surgical patient population. You will manage a 1:5-6 nurse-to-patient ratio and use remote telemetry to monitor patients externally. Orthopedic experience is necessary for this role. Recommended skills include strong assessment abilities, adaptability, and experience with remote telemetry and orthopedic patient care.
