Performs or assigns new hire training, conducts post-training assessments, and assists with ongoing clinical in-service education initiatives and remediation. Participates in department performance improvement activities, attends clinical meetings, follows up on assignments/issues, completes tasks, and reports ongoing performance indicators. Creates monthly communication tools to update the clinical team on best practices and develops pocket guides, SOPs, and flowcharts for clinical teams to follow in accordance with evidence-based practice.

Leads continuous clinical training across locations ensuring standard work and policies & procedures are consistent across all sites of care. Follows CDC guidelines for sterile technique and isolation, demonstrates appropriate use of PPE, performs hand hygiene according to policy, and enforces safety regulations. • Working knowledge of general clinical practices to include principals of primary care, nursing, and laboratory. [Required]

• Completion of licensed practical nurse program

• 2+ years primary care experience [Required]

• Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Required]
