The Retail Floor Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for opening and closing the store, supporting sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experience, and coordinating day‑to‑day store execution. The Retail Floor Supervisor supports the Store Manager by managing the sales floor, coaching team members on customer engagement, loyalty, operations, and ensuring store standards, processes, and policies are executed consistently.

Brand Experience / Customer Service
- Ensure excellence in customer service by upholding high retail standards.
- Initiate conversations with customers, building relationships to identify interests and recommend products.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and provide product information.
- Promote the rewards program and lead the team to achieve loyalty goals.
- Proactively learn new products and trends to better engage customers.
- Consistently achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
Visual, Operations and Safety
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well‑stocked.
- Assist in daily store operations including opening, closing, point‑of‑sale integrity, freight processing, loss prevention and safety initiatives.
- Merchandise designated areas following brand guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures and operational guidelines.
- React promptly to injuries and report them immediately.
- Participate in loss prevention audits and execute plans to meet shrink goals.
Leadership
- Act as Manager on Duty on a rotating basis.
- Assign tasks to team members to achieve daily goals.
- Provide in‑the‑moment coaching and update Store Manager on performance.
- Assist onboarding and training of new team members.
- Address customer concerns professionally.
- Manage labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity.
- Bold Accountability: Guide the team by delegating tasks, following up and ensuring shift goals and priorities are achieved.

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Retail or customer‑facing experience preferred but not required.
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and team members.
- Operate office equipment and technology (cash register, computers, phones, scanners).
- Stand and move throughout the store during scheduled shifts.
- Lifting and carrying ability: 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to push/pull full racks for restocking.
- Reach, stretch, bend, stoop and crouch to retrieve items from shelves.
- Manual labor required occasionally to assemble displays and rearrange store layout.
- Accurate reading of labels and attention to detail.
