The City of Calhoun is now accepting applications for a Terminal Operator in the Police Department.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Georgia driver’s license
- No felony arrest record
- Office skills are a must
- Bilingual a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Answer multiple phone lines and monitor radio traffic, as well as communicating with police officers, other law enforcement agencies, and the public
- Monitor and maintain criminal justice information within GCIC, such as running background checks, driver’s histories, driver’s licenses, and vehicle tags
- Maintain organized, secure, and confidential records of all GCIC/NCIC-related data
