Perform building repairs such as electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry.;
Assist with installation of new equipment and assembly lines.;
Maintain preventative and emergency maintenance on boilers, air compressors, HVAC units, manufacturing machinery and equipment, and vehicles.;
Develops and maintains maintenance schedules; coordinates and facilitates vendor/contractor services.;
Responds to emergencies and work orders; performs scheduled preventative maintenance routines and inspections.
