Truck Driver

Position Summary

The Truck Driver is responsible for making bulk deliveries and pickups with a primary focus on transporting hazardous bulk chemicals/materials to Jessup, GA approximately 2–3 times per week, including weekends and holidays. This position requires overnight stays and strict compliance with all DOT and company safety regulations.

• Safely transport hazardous bulk chemicals/materials to designated locations
• Complete bulk deliveries and pickups in a timely and efficient manner
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate electronic logs (E-Logs) and transportation records
• Follow DOT regulations, company procedures, and safety guidelines
• Identify and report safety hazards, near misses, and maintenance concerns immediately
• Properly utilize required PPE at all times
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and customers
• Maintain professionalism while working independently with minimal supervision

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 2 years of bulk tanker driving experience

• Valid Class A CDL
• Valid DOT Medical Card
• Hazmat Certification
• Tanker Endorsement

• Must pass DOT physical annually
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

• Must comply with all DOT regulations
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screening requirements
• Must follow all PPE requirements
• Must immediately report near misses, accidents, or safety concerns
• Must maintain safe driving practices at all times

Employee must be able to:
