Shipping Clerk

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 9:00AM-4:40PM

Job Type: Full-Time

Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year! (bonus details provided during interview)

• Responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating outgoing shipments.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery.
• Packing items securely, generating shipping labels for carriers such as UPS, Fed Ex, or freight services.
• Attention to details to ensure accuracy in labeling and documentation.
• Must be able to consistently lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50-70 pounds safely.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for 8‑hour shifts on a concrete warehouse floor.
• Must be willing to cross‑train.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or export documentation experience preferred.
• Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
