Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM | 2nd Shift, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM

• Diploma or GED preferred
• 2 years of manufacturing/production and sit down forklift experience
• Forklift cert (or get before start)
• Basic computer skills
• Lift 50 pounds, stay on your feet + steel-toe boots
• Follow orders, stay safe, and check your gear
• Show up ready and work as a team

• Forklift Operation: Safely operate standard sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move products, materials, or equipment for distribution.
• Loading/Unloading: Load, unload, and store materials and products, such as those using slip sheets or push/pull attachments, into/out of trailers.
• Warehouse Duties: Transport products to designated, often high-density, storage locations within the warehouse.
• Inventory/Scanning: Use scanning equipment and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory, scan products, and print labels for accuracy.
• Product Safety: Ensure proper product rotation (FIFO) and ensure the facility is ready for SQFI and FDA inspections.
• Maintenance: Perform daily safety and maintenance checks of the vehicle, reporting any incidents or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
