Over the past two decades, Nick has built companies, toured internationally as a musician, invested across sports and media, and founded Find Your Grind to help students discover purpose and career direction. His family also built PIMCO, one of the most influential investment firms in the world, instilling a deep respect for long‑term thinking, discipline, and stewardship.

This role works directly alongside Nick as a strategic partner in building and operating the entire platform.

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

This is a Chief of Staff–level partner who helps run a fast‑moving, multi‑company ecosystem.

You will sit at the center of:

• Investment decisions
• Operating strategy
• New ventures
• Partnerships
• Day‑to‑day execution

You’ll help translate vision into action and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

• Serve as Nick’s right hand across all priorities
• Prepare for key meetings, deals, and decisions
• Synthesize information into clear recommendations
• Help set weekly, monthly, and quarterly focus

• Turn strategy into action plans
• Track priorities across multiple companies
• Ensure follow‑through and accountability
• Remove bottlenecks before they become problems

• Connect teams across Gross Labs, Find Your Grind, and portfolio companies
• Align stakeholders and maintain information flow
• Support board meetings, investor updates, and reporting
• Create operational clarity across a complex ecosystem

• Manage scheduling, travel, and logistics at a high level
• Oversee workflows, vendors, and tools
• Keep the founder’s time ruthlessly optimized
• Design systems that reduce chaos and increase leverage
