Microsoft Partner Solution Specialist - Security

• Drive partner enablement across Microsoft Security solutions, including Modern Work and Azure security services
• Support partners in executing sales acceleration and upgrade motions for security products
• Execute go-to-market initiatives, including workshops and campaigns focused on security
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on security strategies and messaging
• Assist partners in transitioning from license-only discussions to security-led value selling

• 3–6+ years of experience in partner sales, sales enablement, security pre-sales, or channel roles
• Proven experience working with Microsoft partners or Microsoft security solutions
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and Azure security services
• Excellent presentation and enablement skills for both sales and technical audiences
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant experience

• Microsoft Security certifications or training experience
• High energy and detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Ability to articulate security in business and risk-based terms
• Collaborative mindset with a team-first attitude
• Curiosity and motivation to stay updated on the evolving threat landscape
