Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Traffic Engineer with AI expertise to join a team that extensively leverages AI technologies in day-to-day engineering operations. The engineer will work on building and scaling traffic engineering solutions, utilizing AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and Git Hub-based AI workflows to enhance development, automation, and operational efficiency.
This role will focus on designing and developing traffic engineering tools while ensuring reliability, scalability, security, and performance across cloud-based environments, particularly within AWS.
Required Skills- 5+ years of Cloud Engineering experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Service Mesh
- Edge Deployments
- Envoy and Nginx
- Deep understanding of:
- Networking
- Security
- Observability
- Experience maintaining service reliability and customer commitments
- Ability to navigate complex business and infrastructure challenges
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience mentoring and coaching engineers
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Hands-on development experience with Go (Golang), Python
, or similar programming languages - Experience building traffic engineering, networking, or platform automation tools
- Exposure to AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Gemini, Git Hub Copilot
, or similar technologies
