Century Group has an immediate 6+ week engagement. Looking for a strong Accountant/Bookkeeper for our client in the Encino area. This role is onsite and will move quickly. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $35 to $45 per hour.

- Overseeing and reconciling Triple net leases
- Commercial leases
- Account Reconciliations
- Pro-Rate Share-- Expense pull
- Strong Excel
