Our client, in Van Nuys, has an immediate need for a Staff Accountant to join their team. Hybrid role. Only local applicants will be considered. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
Responsibilities:
- Month end close processes ensuring accurate and timely completion of accounting activities
- General ledger maintenance
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations
- Maintain fixed assets schedule
- Audit support
- BA/BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years progressive accounting experience
- ERP systems experience (i.e. Oracle, JDE, or SAP)
- Advanced MS Excel
- High attention to detail, analytical, and organization abilities
