Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Lead Accountant to join their team. This is a hybrid role, with two to three days onsite in their Woodland Hills, CA office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $100,000 to $125,000 per year.
Job Description:
- Process general ledger entries in Sage
- Reconcile cash receipts, wire transfers and bank accounts
- Help prepare the monthly close
- Work with management to refine internal processes to help increase efficiencies, reduce possibility of operational errors, and grow the business
- Ad hoc projects that add value
- Utilize Sage Intacct, and other cloud-based software Avalara, BREX etc.
- CPA license
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be a US citizen
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field and candidate must be currently working as a Staff or Senior Accountant
