Title: Assistant (Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout)
Location: Delhi
Experience: 3-4 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout with 3-4 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, Income Tax, TDS, and GST compliance, along with hands‑on experience in handling day‑to‑day accounting and statutory filings.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain books of accounts and manage day‑to‑day accounting activities
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns
- Preparation and filing of GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc.)
- Preparation and filing of TDS Returns
- Handle GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance matters
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and compliance requirements
- Support seniors in audit assignments and taxation matters
- Ensure timely compliance with statutory deadlines
- Semi-Qualified CA / CA Dropout
- 3-4 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Proficiency in Tally and MS Office
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively
