We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper / Tax Preparer. • Performing journal entries and maintaining financial records
• Preparing financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Conducting reconciliations and month-end close processes
• Managing the general ledger and accounting software
• Handling bank reconciliations and financial reporting
• Prepare tax returns.
• Prepare sales tax returns.
• Run payroll for clients.

• At least three years bookkeeping and tax preparation experience.
• Must be able to work in the office full time.
• Must be able to work overtime and Saturday during peak periods.
• Experience with recording and reconciliation of financial transactions
• Proficiency in accounts payable/receivable and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and Quick Books software
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, businesses and trusts.

• Experience with file management and accounts receivable
• Previous work with accounting software and accounts payable
