Business Office Manager Rate Of Pay: $20.00/hr Starting; $21.00/hr at 90 days; $22.00/hr at 1 Year

Schedule:

Monday & Tuesday 7:30am to 3:30pm

Wednesday, Thursday, & Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm

Description:

This is an entry to mid-level assistant position. The ideal candidate would be highly organized and detail oriented with outstanding analytic and problem-solving abilities. It is also important that you are able to work effectively with minimal oversight, while also functioning well in a team environment. Basic knowledge of Account Payable is a plus.

Duties:
  • Assists with AP aging
  • Assists with various department related to special projects
  • Expense vouchering
  • Purchase Order vouchering
  • GL Coding
  • Daily check run, register, post checks, and check clearing
  • ACH push and ACH pull
  • Reconcile vendor statements
  • Discrepancy voucher balancing
  • Scheduling package pick-up
  • Daily Mail Run
  • Credit card receipt reconciling
  • Incoming phone coverage, directing calls
  • Customer refunds
  • Employee reimbursements
  • Posting payments to customer accounts via checks, cash, credit cards etc.
  • Responding to customer needs by providing account details via invoices, statements, and AR aging's
  • Cross training for accounting needs in AR and AP for coverage within the department
