Accounts Receivable Specialist (A/R)

Looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist (A/R) to work in a fast-paced and fun apparel company. The ideal A/R candidate will have at least 2 years of Accounts Receivable experience, a background in Quickbooks and credit card reconciliation, and an understanding of accounts aging analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required
• 2+ years of recent Accounts Receivables experience is required
• A/R Specialist must have experience using Quickbooks and processing cash and credit card reconciliation
• Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency is a must
• Knowledge of accounts aging analysis is a plus!

• E-commerce and Wholesale Cash Reconciliation
• Run A/R report on Vantage point & CIT – follow up with past due accounts, send/ follow up on demand letters.
• Capture funds for previous day invoiced shipments via charge it pro.
• Accounts Receivable Specialist will create Amazon invoices through Amazon portal
• Run Charge it pro settlements report, apply transactions to Vantage Point
• Receive Credit Memos – refund customers/ apply credits to open invoices.
