Accounts Payable Supervisor (AP)

Currently looking for a qualified Accountant to join a growing manufacturing / consumer distribution business, and take on the role of Accounts Payable Supervisor (A/P). The successful Accountant will have at least 3 to 5 years of financial experience in the private sector working for a small to medium manufacturing or consumer goods company, a background in Accounts Payable, and financial systems skills.

Accounts Payable Supervisor (AP) Requirements:

• Associate's Degree in related field, BA in Accounting a plus
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in private industry is required, experience in Accounts Payable a plus.
• Accounts Payable Supervisor must have experience working in a manufacturing or distribution consumer goods business.
• Small to medium company experience is preferred with high growth or turnaround company tenure.
• Knowledge of financial systems skills would be extremely helpful.
• Experience with apparel ERP systems would be a plus.

Accounts Payable Supervisor (AP) Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the Accounts Payable Department.
• Supervise loan agreements and employee advances.
• Accounts Payable Supervisor will manage EFT payment schedules.
• Administer the expense reimbursement process through for T&E.
• Address SG&A monthly variance analysis follow up questions
