Controller, Accounting, Accounting Manager

Controller Position

Our client, a high-profile company, is seeking an experienced Controller to join their team. This is a fully onsite opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing both people and processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to partner closely with executive leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial strategy initiatives
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
• Collaborate with external auditors and support audit-related activities
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies within accounting operations
• Oversee financial reporting and accounting workflows

Requirements:

• CPA Required
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong leadership experience managing accounting teams
• Audit experience
• ERP software experience required, including Net Suite or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
